How It Works

  1. Trade In – Send us your used paddle (any brand, no wooden or broken paddles).
    💰 Get $40 Off – Receive $40 credit on any paddle purchase.

  2. Request Your Discount Code – Click Here (Contact) to contact our customer support and fill out the form. Use "Trade-In" as the subject and let us know which paddle you’re trading in. Once you submit the form, we will send you the shipping address for your trade-in.

  3. Ship Your Paddle – You’ll cover the shipping cost to send in your trade-in paddle.

    1）Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

    2）VOLK Pack is not liable for lost packages—we recommend using a reliable courier with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

    3）Seattle-based customers can schedule a drop-off time with our customer service team.

  4. Receive Your Discount Code – Once we receive your paddle, we’ll send you your discount code for your new VOLK paddle purchase.

  5. ❌ Cannot Be Combined with Other Promotions – The trade-in discount cannot be used with other discounts or promo codes (e.g., a 10% off coupon).

  6. Make an Impact – We donate your old paddle to schools and community programs!

Trade-In Paddle Condition Guidelines

To ensure your paddle qualifies for the trade-in program, please review the following guidelines:

✅ Acceptable Trade-In Paddles (Usable Condition)

Your paddle is eligible for trade-in if it meets these criteria:
✔ Normal wear & tear – Surface scuffs, faded graphics, or minor scratches.
✔ Edge guard wear – Small chips or scrapes that do not affect playability.
✔ Grip wear – Worn-out grip is okay as long as the handle is intact.
✔ Playable surface – No large dead spots, peeling, or excessive softening.

❌ Paddles That Do Not Qualify

Your paddle is not eligible if it has any of the following issues:
🚫 Broken or cracked paddles – Any paddle with structural cracks or breaks.
🚫 Severely delaminated or dead paddles – If the surface is peeling or completely unplayable.
🚫 Modified paddles – Added weight, altered face texture, or non-standard grips that make it ineligible for play.
🚫 Wooden paddles – These are excluded from the trade-in program.

Final Sale & Warranty Policy

🔹 Final Sale – All paddles purchased using the trade-in program are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
🔹 Warranty Coverage – New paddles purchased through the program are covered under The VOLK Pack’s standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
🔹 Trade-In Discount – The discount is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
