ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Timeframe: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order may have already entered the processing or shipping phase, and cancellation may not be possible.
2. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel an order, customers must contact our Customer Service Department at komo@volkpickleball.com. Please provide your order number and relevant details when requesting the cancellation. Our support team will guide you through the cancellation process and provide further instructions if required.
1. Refund Processing: If the order is eligible for cancellation and the cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we will initiate a refund for the total amount paid, including shipping charges, if applicable. Refunds will be made only to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
3. Partial Cancellation: If an order contains multiple items and the customer wishes to cancel only a portion of the items, the cancellation policy will apply individually to each item. The customer will receive a refund for the canceled items as per the refund policy.
4. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as system failures, inventory issues, or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel an order partially or entirely. If such a situation arises, we will promptly communicate with the customer to provide alternative solutions or issue a full refund.
